In retrospect, the owners should have been less weary of introducing policies on time-sensitive basis.
If they weren't sure VIP would be a raging success they should have introduced it for a limited time to gauge the effect rather than reel the poor customer out on a line - getting all they could - only to sharply haul them back in later on. |
