I could see that not working out very quickly when the Manager decides his staff don't deserve much of a cut (or any).
If a system is worked out that can fairly pay developers (at least of classic/gold servers) they definitely should be. It's ridiculous to, in most cases, have to
pay to make the content of this game for them.
