I'm going to be entirely honest with you because I've been in the same position you are in right now. Unless you go into this with a solid plan, you are going to fail.

Right now, I'm seeing a 0% chance of success for this server...why? Because you have absolutely no clue what you are doing.

I strongly suggest you figure out what you want out of this server, set up a list which prioritizes the work that needs to be done, find supporters if you can, get some very basic work done to show (visuals work wonders), and then come back here and ask for help. Ideally, you should have done all of this BEFORE renting the server, but it's better late than never. Get organized, or just quit before you waste even more of your time.
