I have tried so many times to get into GK but it always ends the same way.
I play for a few days and camp t-rexes for hours on end. Run haunted houses for hours on end. And then kill a few lords. And I end up with some silver/gold plate mail gear and a bomy lord helmet.

But then I don't know how to progress from there. So I spend a few more days just mining and hanging out in Bomb trade. I might get 30 dias and try to buy a decent piece of gear, but there just seems to be an extreme lack of EVERYTHING (except probably shields).

Then I always end up just logging back on Era and massing "anybody have GK items they don't use?" repeatedly.

And then I try to stick it out until the next holiday event so that I can get a pumpkin helmet or a candy sword or something but I don't last that long.

There really needs to be some readily available (read: purchasable in a shop) gear to fill in the middle tier between the crappy plate mail stuff and the 120+ dias stuff that everyone else seems to have.

Once I have a horn shield what is the next step, HSoD? And from bomy helm to FHoM? Golden plate to PMoP or mith? Those all seem like huge leaps in gear.

I've never had any gloves or bracers any time that I've played. And the only boots I've had were lucky boots.

Does the itemization just not exist? Or is there some trick to getting items that I don't know about?
