how about something like Kingdoms, but instead of calling them that, they are Companies that hire pilots to work for them, and in return, they train them, give them ships, and other things like that. but you cant just start a company from scratch, you need to get money to buy the land, hire workers to build it, and hire people to inhabit it. |
