The first level, I not really going to judge. Little to no talent goes into making a decent looking modern tiled level. The tileset itself is what makes level using a modern tileset look good. Even poor levels done with a decent tileset can look satisfactory.

The second level is half decent. There is some potential in there but like everyone has stated before you need to play more attention to detail and making more effort to use proper tree tiling.
