Bias is involved, thats that. Lexus just needs to accept my dis-owning of him, its been over a year now. Get over it. I'd mostlikely tear that staff team apart from within, Sales is a control-freak, I tend to have alot of influence on 90% of the people I come in contact with. Its how it is, that wouldn't work out. But I am very practical, I know how to stretch my authority / abilities to their limits and beyond.

In any event, the entire point of my posting was stated repeatedly, skip the application process because it takes too long. I don't know what you'd call it in your world (s), but something that takes the most time, yet is the least-required/use, is referred to as "waste" where I come from.

I don't even believe my application was any different from the rest, I simply wrote politically correct answers, like anyone else would, hence why I don't understand the point or sense in them? Anyone intelligent can pass an ethics test, nowadays... they'd simply put the most socially-accepted answers, not their personal preferences. I didn't even plan on applying, lol. Chris Vimes told me to. So take my y'know what out of your throat.
