I'm a player..Shouldn't I judge the value of an update regadless how much time is spent on it?

I was told just recently that some of the mudlib has been rescripted since allot of the mudlib is in C++ and not GS2. Without these "little" updates the "big" updates would be much harder to produce.
We all know damn well that there will be updates released around christmas. And this is due to the Holiday. For example, last year Santa was released (I think last year) and he walked around the server and dropped presents. This is when I would start to worry about updates, not now. It would be to painstaking to make an update just to turn around 2 weeks later and make another update. Why not release this all as one, as sean is complaining about? Exactly my point.

You're not understanding that players have expected something to have happened. Q4 should of been already released. Where is the notice that says that will happen? That's nothing but baseless predictions you're spouting.

Each quarter update, is supposed to be 3 months of updates packed into one. What's the point of packing up even more? I haven't heard anything about it, the only thing we can assume is the casual graal developers get lazy or are unable to move forward due to circumstances.
