Stop using the leadership problems as an excuse and show some initiative
. I can think of two reasons for joining the GDT: a fancy tag and false sense of authority, or actually wanting to help. If your reasoning is the latter, then it shouldn't require someone telling you what to do to make a difference.
This isn't directed towards all or anyone in particular, but it's disappointing to see that only a small few have actually attempted to do some good instead of constantly making up excuses.
