Establishing a maximum price should be really the only priority in pricing. A minimum price hardly even matters, it only further assists the inflation.
Anyway, the price the gun was originally sold for would only be the "maximum" price if the gun were massed-produced or something. Rarity is directly in accordance with price, if you sold an item for 25,000$ but only released 10, and in the pawnshop you were allowed to return them for 15,000$. Odds are, the street market value would be astronomical compared to original.
So, I'm asking... how are you going to establish a maximum price?
Will you mass-produce every weapon?
A true puzzler, talk about this. I'll probably think of a solution in my next posting |
