to be honest, i don't really like the idea. "Healing addictions" would be the same as how people on GK have to eat or they die, I HATE that part of GK. Also, instead of using the elixirs people would just use the coffee drinks for speed and body armor for extra health. I DO AGREE the sewer needs to have some sort of usage, it's a waste. No one uses it except to raid bases. The EFBI and such should come back, but they need a valid purpose. They can't be allowed to turn into a gang. I must say, it looks like you put more effort in this post than most others would have so good job. Thats how your gets your ideas read by staff.
