Hiring staff is not as easy as it was years ago, we'll be lucky to find a mediocre and active developer. I'm aware what your talking about with Management and trust and such, i plan to bring this up soon to see what can be done for those few individuals who want to contribute but have no trust from Management due to their past, or whatever it may be. Also, can't neglect the main server and it's development or we put our Classic tab status on the line, which is what we are preventing.
