Well, I'm not sure if you've read
her thread about it, but just a heads-up that Bell (The accounts admin) said she won't be on for up to 2 weeks.
Stefan may respond to the tickets in the Accounts department in that time if you're lucky though, but there's also a possibility he may not get a moment to.
