I'd add in a price range, if new players actually use this and depend on it it could be rather troublesome.
Every player has their opinions, and I don't agree with a few of those items market price Majin stated.

It'd be great if you plan on updating every week or so and/or actually played the server to get further accurate information.
Maybe find some respectable person/staff on kingdoms that would be glad to update/help this site prosper in the Kingdoms section.
