Try a wired connection to the router, and if possible try a direct connection from your computer to the modem. Then we can go from there, you may need to contact your ISP to help resolve the issues.
Try logging on to Zodiac, Classic, or N-Pulse as it is hosted in France, and see if you get disconnected or not. |
