Or the recent FAQ Admin. You should have selected either the newb or the veteran. They are both from a neutral standpoint, of course I'd select the newb because he's more likely to use the function more. And it may be of more assistance to him, the veteran would just speak... to speak. Also, maybe you shouldn't do your interviews at once and actually select people in advance and schedule them. So you get who you want and who'd make the news more "interesting". Those interviews were all dry and weak.
Also, be aware of bias.
Some could say you only interviewed Black as a way of getting on the "good" side of your boss in your gang. If you're going to target a group for an interview, target the "top" of that group. Ex. Staff (Manager), Newbs (The Newest or as close as you can get) etc etc. |
