I don't know, Dustari usually runs from Storm when he tries attacking them in bmode (at least I've seen Majin doing it a few times and he's high up in the ranks); plus, considering the last kingdoms core event, you would need to recruit quite a lot of people to stand a chance against the pirate army (though I don't think there are even enough high level kingdomless players left), but good luck anyway.
