at first glance the idea sounded really cool. But then i started to think more in depth about it and i feel the idea would in the end fail. Having staff imo part of the economy is never a good thing. Staff with that much power will abuse. If you want house builders, have it like GK's system. If you want players to be GP's, have non staff police officers who's job is to guide players and to walk players to quests and such. In order to have staff do everything that your planning, i'd have to imagine the staff list being very large |
