Mainly because, I have been losing interest in it. It's been over a year now and I am getting tired. I am pretty sure that if we did find a good manager, this one would be able to assemble a working team for noc.

I don't think Stryke is being egocentric or anything. He was indeed one of the key developers in noctorious. Without him noc wouldn't be where it got. He basically scripted atleast 95% of everything in Noc.
