Well, dev 23hotshot23, anyways!
After about a half hour of the supposed server owner playing stupid like he didn't just change the outline of the Neopet Shoyru, he started threatening me with bans. LOL. And continued to act like he had no idea what Neopets was.
This server is going to be soooo much fun!
This is just a reminder that stealing GFX is bad, even if it is from a horrible, preteen website.
