Treat community names like accounts used to be. Have a player create a community name on account creation. Don't let them change this(however, if, by a rarity this must be done, it will be easier!) and somehow incorporate them in such a seamless way that NO ONE, not scripters, not players, not admins, will ever be able to tell the difference between community names and account names.
