Icarus and I were the only ones who could add RC at that time and I'm more than sure the person (I won't say his name) that paid for our dev server
never had an RC. there was also never a rollback during Jack's management. the situation you're talking about is with Mesh. that's when the server came off of the server list to rollback and we all found out it was Mesh but they tried to hide it.
