1. Because you took it.
2. I didn't leave you in jail for two hours. My intentions were to jail you so we could both be in the jail and you could stop running away from me (so I could get the mask back). I told you to give it back and I'd unjail you, and you refused to give it back.
3. NightLord told me that it wasn't "illegal" and that he couldn't get it back (I didn't go up to him and say "HEY NIGHTLORD, TORANKUSU DID THIS!!", he asked me.), but he didn't think it was the right thing for you to do.
