To let everyone know whats going on with Atrius: World At War, here is a breakdown on what our goals are for these comming weeks. There are no longer going to be gangs, but there are going to be 3 armies that will be occupying the once profound city. The city will be infultraded by military vehicles as the 3 armies converge on Atrius City to take over its priceless minerals and island setup. The city will still be bustling with crime, robberys, and aswell as business owners trying to run thier stores.
Every person can join an army. The leaders I pick will add the person, regardless of skill or hours or anything. The player gets to pick the army pretty much.Each army will be provided with military vehicles. The map is covered in fenced and gated off roads currently and this is the proccess to make the worldmap look war stricken, as it goes on a few buildings will blow up etc, etc.
Pertaining to the army you are recruited into, you will receive 2 weapons for that army. Each army weapon will be equal to the other; just a different weapon. The two weapons cannot be dropped or traded or sold. If you switch armies the weapons are then erased from your inventory. If you join another army you will get their army related weapon. The gun will be a basic gun. Not uber or anything; so the player will still want to save up and try and get a nicer gun. You will receive one of the guns listed below witch you can decide from pertaining to witch army you are recruited into.

PPSH41- Fully Auto, 2dmg, Fast fire rate, spread
Enforcer- Shotgun, 3.5dmg, Slow fire rate, spread
Mod9- Sidearm, 2dmg, Medium fire rate, semi-accurate
Kruger Milita -Germany

Mossberg- Single Shot, 3dmg, Medium fire rate, spread
Bar- Fully Auto, 2dmg, Fast fire rate, spread

Atrius Military- United States

All the army weapons are equal in some way.
Army Vehicles
x5 Tanks permitted. Every member from the army they are in has the ability to drive the vehicle. The tank will have a gunner seat in witch the gunner can rotate the firing turret mounted on the tank. Anyone can operate the firing turrets located on the tank.

x2 Destroyer Jets permitted. Only people in their army marked as a pilot or have certain rights may operate the destroyer jets. The co-pilot may operate the heat seaking missiles; and fire upon any military vehicles.

x10 heat seaking rockets; fires upon any military vehicles or ships; shot by co-pilot
x1 Naval Ship/BattleCruiser permitted. Only people in their army marked as a Captain,Leader,Co-Captain; may operate the battle ship. Certain people can have the marked right to operate the naval ship; incase of death.
x30 passengers; 1 captain; 5 gunners; 24 passengers/crewdeck.
x50,000 ammunition; mounted BaretCall turrets
x100 ammunition; rocketlauncher, operated by gunner; aim anywhere missle launcher
x10 Military Humvees permitted. Anyone in the army may drive the vehicle,ride,or operate the turret. The humvee has 4 passengers seats; and carrys a mobile moving turret on the back.

x8 Helicopters permitted. The driver must be a pilot,leader,or have rights to fly and operate the helicopter. There are 2 mounted guns on each side of the helicopter along with 2 missle launchers in the front that shoot straight forward; It cannot lock onto targets unlike the fighterjet. The missiles are controlled by the pilot. Anyone can use the miniguns mounted on the side of the helicopter.

About the mayhem
Each army will have their own base. With is fairly big. It must park aircraft vehicles there aswell as theyre helicopters and all military vehicles. To make a vehicle you must have a certain amount of minerals and army money to get the vehicle made. Thus the destruction of the vehicles in all the mayhem it will be easy to obtain the vehicles and keep them well stocked. The aircraft and whatnot will be stored inside so there cannot be any bombardment of enemy armies; unless left un-attained too.
Each army will battle it out in the city and at bases for territory rights. It bases off points for the armys. I decided to go with a simpilar point system.
Points
Kill: 2 points [Reward: $1] [Gang Safe Reward: $2]
Leader: 5 points [Team Reward: $15] [Gang Safe Reward: $50]
Humvee: 500 points [Team Reward: $25] [Gang Safe Reward: $250]
Helicopter: 750 points [Team Reward: $50] [Gang Safe Reward: $500]
Jet: 1500 points [Team Reward: $100] [Gang Safe Reward: $2,500]
Naval Ship: 2500 points [Team Reward: $175] [Gang Safe Reward: $3000]
Once an enemy destroys that vehicle; they are rewarded with points witch can then be used to make another military vehicle, and the money witch can be used for ammo and guns for the player; and the gang safe to make another vehicle. Once a destruction of a vehicle has occured the army must then begin to re-build that military craft, with the use of the points+money+the minerals+the people who stock it.
Our economy
Business's will still exist. They have to keep up to the demand of ammo and gun supply for the armies. The ammunition for the vehicles are auto-restocked when destroyed. But the gun shops will carry ammo packs witch can be bought with points witch turn into money for the owner of the shop. The rest of the ammunition and gun supplies are for the all of the army/server/everyone. It will still be like a business economy so you will have to work to obtain your weapon of choice. The businesses will still be open, and you can still make money and buy and sell guns to the army people. The soldiers are going to need thier ammo still! Aswell, mine and sell your minerals to the armies that need them for thier new weaponry and vehicles.
