The guildhouses should probably be kept (well, only those that plan on returning and staying active,) though many will need to be moved, especially if the server is downsized. A few guildhouses were placed way the hell out in no where near destiny (you know who you are) which was kind of pointless.

Although guilds and guildhouses shouldn't be a top priority yet, they are definately important to a server.
