Make it into a new job. You gain levels based on how many successful protections you pulled off. So if someone hires 3 level 0 bodyguards and 3 noobs come up and join them, they all get put on a single tag, called like "(<Account> Protected)" and if that player doesn't die within his contract time, they all get paid and get experience in protection.
