Make a public version of something like PPA. You get bots that are on your side, but we don't actually need to script bots. Just gani in bots standing at your side. Have things where if you get hit, you freeze for a second but don't take damage because they took a bullet for you, then they could turn around a shoot back or something, that way you get slight advantages.
Edit: If you just want to fix PPA, you should make a system where your name gets added to a database list. You can buy like a level 1-4 agent, and agents will come in and say :takejob in order to go on their next job in queue for someone of their agent level. Then they get paid money and get put on a tag that's like "<Account> Protected" with the player and the agent. Then you can also buy like a gang addition, in which case they'd be added as a temp tag to that gang or something.
