It's got a different file name than the one in the script. Did you change the script?
Also, where in the Graal folder did you place the tileset?

Use an 8-bit tileset offline, and 16-bit or 32-bit online.
However, he's using a GIF, which is always 8-bit, so that is obviously not the problem.
