In Chris's defense, I'm pretty sure I've nuked about 50 people myself and it was only after seeing me do it that he joined in on the action. It's not an unreleased item though. I was adding the ability to launch it via map, and tweaking some other things at the time. I didn't get any complaints, either. Most people just pmed me with "LOL WTF WAS THAT" or "GIVE ME ONE"
