am not expert enough to tell exactly what to improve, but i can give directions or hints on what could be improved, altho i can't exactly say how, which will also help the artist because if he learns himself what looks better he will always be able to apply it in his future art.
+the fact that your avatar is in jpeg proves that you hardly know anything about art and shouldn't be posting here.
