Q: How do I zoom with sniper?
A: y/z key - press/hold to zoom out with the circle
x key - press/hold to zoom in with the circle

Q: Can I follow people with my sniper?
A: Right click and you will be able to trace people. You will not be able to shoot while in this mode and can disable the mode by right clicking again.
