Well, either way there was a downside. Refunds would've spawned nearly a million dollars into the economy, so I understand this approach.

Also, Squirt you may not have read the entire thing. When dealing with weapons, you NEVER set their stats based on a player or players. Meaning, me or "people like me" so to speak should not affect the gun's stats.
Ex. FN2K originally were only purchaseable by Tsukana, untaglocked and stats set accordingly. Disregarding the fact that the Scelus Family had them all. Time goes on, it gets spread out.

Same with SMGPK, I made money from me being the initial distributor, time went on, they're spread out.

Focus on the gun as a mainstream item, using those factors to set the stats, not people. If guns were set according to who had them at release,
SMGPK would be awful, and not the second best SMG.
FN2K, MT, PPSH41, etc.... catch my drift?

Fact is there are only 4 FN Marks and 4 UMPs and they are mainstream items. They will spread outeventually, like all items. Until they are set accordingly, this legitimate proposal will still rise again and again.

All in All, they are suppoed to be good, lol... above-average even. Their rarity is extremely high and their class and etc makes them fit there perfectly. o.O?
