Do they? I'm a thief and one of the fastest people on server. I'm running around at 6.533 speed so aint nobody catching me.
But seriously, I wouldn't think a mage would be that much faster than a warrior, if not slower. A warrior obviously has better a athletic ability and more physical fitness, they'd be strong enough and fit enough to sprint around in armour.
