Haha, At my server people don't only ask me to become a LAT Admin.. They spam with questions like:
''Can i be GP!'' - ''Can i be ET?!'' - ''Can i become the GPC?'' - ''Omg can i become a LAT, I rock!'' and many things like these, It is pretty annoying since most servers have a Hiring message somewhere and people can know which staff we are actually looking for..

I also had one newb which kept asking me everywhere to become my GPC, he offers alot of items to become a staff on a server which isn't even hosted or something.. Kinda stupid and when i tell him No he keeps asking, and when i said: Hey, Cross server trading is illegal.. Ask me one more time and i get a staff to ban you, then he finally shut up lol
