There are only 2 hat tickets released a month, and the players who sparred or did events all month earned them, IMO.



It was a majority vote, thats why, not to mention it was nonpk at first.

Why would Town Center (being an outside level as well) be non pk? That just increases idlers and people who chat. I am sorry but there are thousands of levels to go sit, chat, and lag up.

TC is fine, and the only people who whine about it have 100ap and sit and chat all day. Go in OSL or town taylor if you dont like it.
