if your only motivation for being a PR staff is the rewards, then maybe you're not the right person for the job.
it's really not that big of a deal that the job isn't "rewarding." if you don't like it, quit. that's how I see it anyway.
as far as more rights go, I never really supported FAQs getting warp and boot rights, but it's whatever. it doesn't really matter.
