Seems like this dance pops up everywhere x.x
A lot of those were pulled from entirely separate animes making their characters do the dance, right? Not some art done on the side by some fan (though half the video looked like it was just that)

In that case...
Is anyone really familiar with japaneese culture (beyond "zomg look at this anime")?
Could anyone share how this got started? :X
