GC Utility Changes- -GCs will now be able to drop various baddies using their GC tool to spice up some events(I hope).
- - I made a new and improved Baddy Gate that GCs can control which baddies come out of at whatever frequency they choose. Most commands for them are chat and click commands, and they have the option of having it record who is killing the most baddies.
