The first level is the best out of the ones you provided. Your last level, the outside, isn't horrible but a few of the things are a little square and a tad unnatural-looking. The blue rooms with a winter theme don't catch my eye at all, but I've never been fond of the blue or winter tiles.

There isn't much detail in your floor and the rooms are looking a little square, but overall not bad. Like Pimmeh said, you don't want your rooms to look spacious.
