Can't Log Into Graal?

NOTE TO MODERATORS:
I'm making this thread for someone else. He can't get on the forums, because it won't work for him, so don't delete this.
He says that every time he trys to log on, he gets this message:
"The owner of the account received an e-mail and needs to approve this computer."
He made a support ticket 11 days ago, he got a reply 4 days ago, and nothing happened. |
