From what I see, it's the developers that are putting the most effort into the server. Deo is just the guy that sits there approving projects that are brought up by players and other staff members. Why not show appreciation to the people that are actually making things happen? Anyone can sit there and tell people what to do.

I agree Frankie us the developers are working hard but we never get any credit when it's deserved. I have to say though isn't that mostly a managers job is to approve of things and making sure everythings running smoothly, you don't have to develop when you are a manager but people like to myself and others.
