This seems a bit crazy. I agree with content, but ideas is too much. There's no reason that one server should think something up, then be able to say "you can't use this because it was my idea". Imagine if whatever the first gun server was said "no one else can use this idea". No more Era, Zone, etc.

All staff with RC access override players options to ignore mass messages. These staff should restrict their massing only to important server information.

Can't you please bug Stefan to simply fix this so staff only override the option on tag? It wouldn't require a client update as far as I know.
