For the past year I took on a full time job at Office Max (not wholly recommended) At the time work is about all I did. Work...hang out with my girlfriend...go to sleep...go to work again.
Now I've quit that job and I'm back in school. I took about 5 semesters worth of classes in my home town when I wasn't sure of what I wanted to do, but in all that time has amounted to taking care of... 1 year in my current path. I'm going for a degree in architecture. It's a 6 year plan, so I've got 5 years ahead of me. It's a little disheartening that some of my high school classmates are graduating this year, but what's a little extra time?
I drive ~60 miles every day to get there...for 8am classes... waking up at 5:30 is a little rough but I don't mind the road time much. Since there's the hour and a half extra time on the road, though, it's a bit of a time suck on my day.
So...
now all I do it go to school...spend an hour with my girlfriend...come home...and get ready for the next day. I don't see my friends much anymore
