Indeed.

It's a fine Optional High-Level Quest, but an anvilicious "Welcome to Graal" quest. Unless the admins are Trying to send the message that anyone as bad at the game as I am are not welcome, in which case it's a fine way to sort out the good players from the bad. :-P
