It's easy to loose interest when you're not getting paid. This entire deal is pretty much a volunteer service. Why care when you're not getting any benefits out of it? You can spend years learning how to "g_script" but in the end where will that take you? Definitely not one of the top leading games of today.
But then again, didn't most games start off free and non-beneficial for the producers? And didn't they eventually turn their game into a success and make a profit out of it? It's all about determination when you look at it. Graal is like the only game I've played where staff quit because of petty situations such as "i'm notg being appreciated enuff" or "all dis work and no promoshun?! i quit". Seriously guys, get over it. No game starts off easy.
P.S: and if you try to bring up my case, I HAVE COLLEGE TO DEAL WITH. |
