However, if we can prove beyond a reasonable doubt that the scam DID occur, your items will more than likely be restored."

There needs to be actual evidence a scam took place. If there is none then we can not do anything. Even though scamming is illegal now we are always warning the players to PM a GP just in case to watch a trade. If someone USD's and claimed they were scammed they actually need proof as well. We can not judge one persons word about a situation.
