Thats exactly why I'm looking more for businesses that could be leveled, gani'd, GFXed and scripted by players already than just ideas. Though if an idea is solid enough, I might throw together a team to work on it.
I already heard 2 ideas I enjoyed on Era, one in which all the work is being done by the players and the other I'm not sure yet.
But yeah, I totally know the feeling. How many times have I tried to have ideas made? rofl. EIA was almost completed till Daz lost Manager then well, the new manager's team *saw* it as too much work, and had a 4 man staff vote on it (not sure why the whole team didnt vote on it) and it was dropped even though I won the player vote. Apparently they didnt think players would vote in my favor? Who knows.
