I probably have one of the rarest wands. Stats are (Con+1) (Wis-1) (Int-3) Casting Time 2.5
Isn't that kinda bad for a rare wand?+1 stat -4 stat.
Shrimps has a +1 with no negatives? Or is the casting time really that different. Then again staff of Variety has casting time of 1.7 and it isn't rare at all. |
