What about if you added a timer to respawn, such as 5-10 seconds (instead of just clicking to be healed). This timer would make it possible for people to set-up "bombs" inside of your dead carcass, and explode just seconds later.
These "bombs" would affect everybody in the vicinity, and will deal 50 damage to each player.
