How many people do you honestly think would do crack if it was legal? I highly doubt youd go outside and see half the people smoking a crack pipe when you walked outside. Not to mention murder is illegal already, so running over kids would still give them a life sentence. People already drink to the point where they are brain dead and pass out on the streets. Not to mention there will still be anti-drug commericals and parents riding your ass not to do drugs. Peoplea rnet going to run out and do it jsut because it's legal.
